1. How long is the order processing time?

The Cannanore Shop ensures that you have a smooth experience while shopping with us. We ship the item as soon as the order is received and our customers should receive the order within 5-10 business days.

2. How do I make an exchange?

In case you want an item exchanged, you can write to us within 14 days of receipt of your order and initiate an exchange. Items that are to be returned have to be in saleable condition without any damage.

3. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept net banking as well as payment through all major debit/credit cards as well as UPI payments - Google Pay and Phone Pe.

4. Why are there small defects in the product shipped?

Valid question! Our products are all made by hand so no two pieces will be absolutely the same. Also because they are handmade you will notice small variations in the print, weave or size of the product. All these variations add to the uniqueness of the product and you can be rest assured that what you have ordered for is indeed handmade and special.

5. How long does it take to process the refund?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 working days to process the refund, depending on your payment method and bank and  in the case of a product being out of stock.
